The Workplace Wellness Leadership Summit brings together approximately 100 leaders of health and well-being across all sectors to connect and share best practices. Together, we’ll hone new strategies for infusing wellness across organizations to support a healthy, engaged workforce, while also building a community of likeminded peers who are working to transform the workplace into a place where employees thrive.

The Summit is presented in partnership with the International WELL Building InstituteTM (IWBITM) and Garrison Institute, a not-for-profit education institute and retreat center dedicated to advancing society through transformative programming and applied contemplative practices.

The Summit will be held at Garrison Institute, a renovated monastery, nestled on 93 acres of preserved land, adjacent to the Hudson River. The address is 14 Mary's Way, Route 9D, Garrison, New York.

Garrison Institute is located approximately 50 miles north of New York City. They offer onsite parking and a complimentary shuttle service from the Garrison train station.

Over the course of the Summit, we’ll address data-driven questions through interactive learning sessions, collaborate over roundtable discussions and draw inspiration from leaders advancing health and wellness. Opportunities for wellness will be interspersed throughout, including guided meditation, yoga and hiking. There will be spacious time allotted to connect with Summit attendees throughout programming and sustainably-sourced, seasonal meals.
