Health starts at home

WELL for residential is the first and only holistic, third-party verified certification program to exclusively address health and well-being in all residence types, including single-family homes and units in multifamily buildings.

Advisory lead

The Advisory is led by Vice President of Stakeholder Relations at IWBI, Liz Miles. With over seven years of experience at IWBI under her belt, Liz has worked tirelessly with advisors on the WELL for Residential program.

The WELL for residential Advisory is made up of advisors from the real estate and homebuilding industry as well as leading architects and designers, researchers and public health professionals, government officials and business leaders, and building scientists. They will advise on evidence-based design and performance strategies for advancing health in single-family homes across various typologies and regions.
