Minjia Yang is the Vice President & Head of Sustainable Finance at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) where she leads the thought leadership platform to drive capital toward social sustainability at scale. Minjia brings her interdisciplinary background in law, economics, finance and insights of global markets to partnership building, sustainable finance and social sustainability performance.

Kelly Worden, MPH, is VP of ESG and Investing for Health at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Kelly leads the development of resources to help organizations place people at the center of their ESG (environmental, social, governance) strategy and investment.
